Become a scientist-in-training and join us for a fun hands-on experiment.

Today's theme - Blubber, it’s cold outside! Discover the many methods animals use to keep warm. Investigate blubber and its role in an animal’s life as you feel the effect of insulation in cold water.

This program is free with Academy admission. Supervision is required. Space is limited to the first 20 participants. Sign up at the Naturalist Center as early as 9:30am on the morning of the program to hold your spot.

Summary: 
Become a scientist-in-training and join us for a fun hands-on experiment. Space is limited to the first 20 participants (children ages 3-5) and begins promptly at 10:00 am in the Naturalist Center.
