Explore the plants and animals of nature’s gardens through hands-on investigation and activities. For ages 3-5.

Today's theme - Bay Area Native Plants: Learn about the native plants of the San Francisco Bay Area.  Discover the relationship between native plants, animals, and pollinators. Create colorful dyes from plants as we make berry smudges.

This program is free with Academy admission. Supervision is required. Space is limited to the first 20 participants. Sign up at the Naturalist Center as early as 9:30am on the morning of the program to hold your spot.

Summary: 
Explore the plants and animals of nature’s gardens through hands-on investigation and activities. For ages 3-5. Space is limited, sign up begins at 9:30am on the day of the program, in front of the Naturalist Center.
