Toddler Treks is a hands-on program for our youngest learners, children ages 18-36 months. Children and caregivers participate together in fun group activities and exhibit tours with a different animal theme each month.

This month - Seashore Trek: Imagine a trip to the beach as we read Splash! by Henrietta Branford, investigate sand and seashells, and then trek together to find California coastal animals.

Reservations: Space is limited. Reservations and a fee are required: $5 per member child; $7 per non-member child; free to attending adults with general admission. Museum general admission is free for children 3 and under. To reserve a place today, buy a ticket online or over the phone at 415-379-8000. Please note that programs within each month are identical, so participants should register for only one date per month. Pre-registered guests meet at the pendulum for check-in at 10:50am.
