Join the Academy’s Early Childhood staff for a caregiver/child participatory program designed especially for children ages 1-3. This January we'll learn all about snails. Listen to the story Snail Trail by Ruth Brown, make a snail garden craft to take home, and trek through the Academy to find both land and sea snails. Please note that both programs each month are identical, so participants should register for only one date per month. Participants meet at the entrance to the Early Explorers Cove.
Reservations: $4 per member child; $6 per non-member child; free to attending adults with general admission. Museum general admission is free for children 3 and under. Space is limited; reservations required. To reserve a place today, buy a ticket online or over the phone at 800-794-7576.

Administrative Notes:
Toddler Treks is offered by the Early Childhood staff twice per month for families with children aged 1-3. It takes place from 11:00am-12:45pm in the boardroom lounge. The last 10 minutes of the programs includes a guided tour through the Academy to find the featured animal. Note that each month has two identical programs, so participants should only register once per month. This program requires pre-registration and costs $4 for members and $6 for non-members.
