Academy educators offer insight in new article

Check out a new article the award-winning peer-reviewed journal Science and Children, written by senior associate of teacher professional development Clea Matson and former teacher professional development team member at the Academy, Kathryn Danielson that describes four steps informal science institutions can take to tie teacher professional development to the NGSS and the needs of their local teacher audience.

Interested in participating in one of the Academy's workshops for teachers?  Check out our upcoming workshops or browse our teacher workshop catalog for a list of all of our offerings.

Can't make it to the Academy in person?  We have a plethora of online resources for teachers, including NGSS Demystified, a toolkit to help educators lead their own PD experiences for others.
