“To connect with our community, we must reflect our community.”

What Is Museums4Inclusion?

M4I is a workforce development program for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities that provides job training and real-world work experience. We believe museums can lead the charge for building equitable, inclusive workplaces that reflect the diverse communities we serve.
