Chief People and Culture Officer
As Chief People and Culture Officer, Ayat Elnoory is responsible for all aspects of the Academy’s employee experience and talent strategy. Her focus is on deeply connecting staff to the Academy’s purpose of regenerating the natural world and supporting a thriving culture in which all employees have opportunities for growth, connection, and advancement. She leads people operations and experience; staff engagement and learning; compensation & benefits; talent acquisition; employee relations; and advancing DEIA.
Elnoory joined the Academy in 2023, bringing deep experience in the people and culture field. She has enjoyed working within purpose-driven organizations, bridging social impact innovation, organizational design philosophy, and strategic workforce planning. Prior to joining the Academy, Elnoory held roles at the Panorama Group and Wikimedia Foundation, supporting teams and operations across 60 countries.
Elnoory has worked with small, community-based nonprofits as well as global multinationals to bring to life a commitment to human-centered workplaces and compassionate leadership policies and practices. She is pleased to serve as an advisor and board member of several community institutions focused on advancing how our world can reimagine strategic philanthropy for sustainability and continuity.
